CARDS & FRAMES

Every card and frame are individually handcrafted by artisticmediaHOUSE therefore there may be variation on each design; different shapes, colours and used papers and imperfections on rustic pained, wooden and waxed frames.

Our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years old due to fragile paper elements.

Ordering

You can buy set of cards, cards in the boxes, cards with frames from us by cheque  or by bank transfer.

When paying by cheque your order will not be dispatched once your cheque is cleared.

PRICES

The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.

All prices displayed on this site are not inclusive of UK VAT as artisticmediaHOUSE is not VAT registered.

Delivery

All orders are suitably packaged to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition in the UK. We aim to dispatch within 5 to 10 working days. Personal delivery is possible for local orders, if arranged. We use Royal Mail to prior arrangements by emails.

We post only sets of cards as a small parcel. Please contact us right away, if cards do not arrive, when expected and we will investigate.

• Small Parcel Royal Mail - Your order will normally arrive within 1-3 working days from the dispatch day.

Returns and refunds

At artisticmediaHOUSE we aim to exceed your expectations. We carefully produce our cards and frames of the highest quality and present and describe our products in as much detail as possible to avoid any disappointment when they arrive. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them to us in an unused condition within 21 days for a refund or exchange. Contact us to arrange return sending the email to agnes@artisticmediahouse.co.uk.

Please state your details/name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you where to return your goods. We recommend you either obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. The goods will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. Returned goods remain at your risk until received by artisticmediaHOUSE. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

Please remember:

• The goods must be returned to us unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resalable then we cannot provide a refund.

• We will normally process your refund by issuing the Cheque with your details or in the future by refunding to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will dispatch to you an alternative where agreed.

• Delivery charges, return postage and wrapping cost charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Faulty Goods

In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must inform us by email agnes@artisticmediahouse.co.uk. We will contact you to discuss your options in the case of the faulty items. We will also reimburse your return postage costs for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or equivalent.

We will normally process your refund issuing Cheque within 7 working days of receipt or will provide a replacement where agreed.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
